Today there was a short announcement from Rovio stating there was no plans to release Angry Birds Space on Windows Phone. Shortly after CMO Peter Vesterbackas statement there was another statement released by CEO Mikael Hed saying ” We are working towards getting Angry Birds Space to WP7″. So it appears that Windows Phone users can take ease in the fact that Rovio are in fact working to bring the newest Angry Birds game your way.
Angry Birds Space was release a few days ago on both Android and iOS devices. The app is free on Android and will run you €0.79 for the standard version on the iPhone, iPod and iPad and then €2.39 for the HD version for the iPad.
