Apple are making some huge announcements today and we still haven’t even gotten to the iPad mini yet. The latest 27-inch iMac has been announced with Intel Ivy Bridge processor and new slim design. Check out the specs below.
21.5-inch model($1,299)

Both models of course include the usual bells and whistles in terms of connectivity and Apple are really focusing on the display manufacturing this time around with things like full lamination on the display panel, 5mm thinner display and friction stir welding. The 21.5-inch version will be available this coming November with the larger 27-inch version shipping sometime in December.
