The weather is always a concern to big announcement events and Google are making sure the press can be their and with Hurricane Sandy on its arrival to the East Coast, Google have decided to postpone the New York event. The event was expected to be the announcement of the upcoming Nexus Smartphone and Tablet along with Android 4.2. Google of course will reschedule as quickly as possible and send out new invites and hopefully we will have a good announcement to look forward to again soon.
“We are canceling our Monday morning event in New York due to Hurricane Sandy. We will let you know our plans as soon as we know more.”
