iPad 3 announced, A5X processor, 5 Megapixel camera, 2048 x 1536 Retina display

Apple have just announced the new iPad, Which brings alot with it alot of new features and upgrades. The biggest is the fact it now has a Retina display. Also the new Ipad doesn’t actually have a new name, It’s just called the new iPad

A5X Processor(Quad Core Graphics)
The new processor is the A5X which is the same dual core processor but with a quad core graphics chip, which is needed  for the Retina display.

Retina Display
The new iPad has a Retina display with a resolution of 2048 x 1536. This makes it the highest resolution display available on the market for a mobile display.

5 MegaPixel camera
 The new iPad also includes a new 5 Megapixel camera with Autofocus, Face detecion and full 1080p video recording with video stabilisation and temporal noise reduction.

Bezel Gesture Control
That’s right, the new iPad sports gesture control by swiping your finger on the bezel to navigate through photos and such.

LTE 4G Version
Apple have included LTE 4G network support on the new iPad. This feature is really U.S and Canada only as nowhere else has a 4G network.The 4G iPad is now the 3G iPad so you cannot buy it without it. At least that is what it is looking like.

The prices are $499 for 16GB and $629 for the LTE 16GB version, $599 for the 32GB and $729 for the LTE 32Gb version and $699 for the 64GB version with the LTE 64Gb version coming in at a whopping $829 and the new iPad is available for pre-order right now and ships march 16th in the US, Canada, UK, France, Germany, Switzerland, and Japan and the 23rd for Ireland and everywhere else.
