Kinect V2 sensor for Windows starts shiping on July 15th

Microsoft will begin to ship the v2 Kinect sensor for Windows next week starting July 15th. The new sensor is the same as the one shipped with the Xbox One and brings better voice control, depth sensing, 1080p resolution, night vision through IR, and a wider field of view. The new sensor will cost €199/$199,£159 and anyone looking to pick it up can pre-order now on their respective Microsoft store sites.
