Microsoft reveal Halo: The Master Chief Collection, includes Halo 1, 2, 3, 4, and Halo 5 beta access

Halo: The Master Chief Collection has officially been announced. Microsoft demoed on stage at E3 2014 today. The new collection will bring Halo 1, 2, 3, 4 to the Xbox One on a single disc/purchase. The series will include the same Halo: Combat Evolved anniversary edition from the Xbox 360 and the new Halo 2 anniversary edition which will include updated graphics, with the user allowed to switch between old and new. All games will be playable from a single menu and 343 studios also put together a custom playlist builder, where gamers can put together their own playlists of any level from any of the 4 games. All games will be running 1080p@60fps with dedicated server support.

The collection arrives November 11th and will also include access to Halo: Nightfall TV series arriving next year and the Halo 5  multiplayer beta which arrives this December. The collection price tag is set at $59.99.
