The Galaxy Note 3 from Samsung has begun to receive the the latest update to Android 4.4 (KitKat), well at least users in Poland using the N9005 (Snapdragon) have begun seeing the update become available via Kies. N900 users and the rest of the N9005 users across the world should be begin to see the update over the next few days and weeks as with all Samsung updates, there can be a little amount of time before different regions getting the update. Carrier specific devices may also have an extended waiting period due to carrier testing and necessary modifications.
