Samsung Galaxy Nexus announced along side Android 4.0

Samsung/Google have just announced the Samsung Galaxy Nexus, With it Comes the entire spec list and boy is it sweet. First up is the now known Android 4.0 which has been anticipated for awhile now, But more on that later. The Galaxy Nexus is loaded with a 4.65-inch HD Super AMOLED cureved display, 1.2 Dual core processor 1GB of ram and 16/32GB built in memory, 5 Megpixel camera with 1080p video recording and a 1.3 megapixel front facing camera.

It also has all the usual connections and senors like 802.11a/b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 3.0, NFC , Accelerometer, Compass, gyro, proximity sensor and barometer. The phone is said to come with HSPA+ and an LTE version for the united states depending on specific regions. It also packs a 1,759mAH battery aswell.

Now Android 4.0!!

finally we have the official number which is 4.0. This comes completely redesigned for mobiles and tablets. It includes new multitasking and notifications, Built in NFC support with Android Beam, which can allow you to share files, webpages, Apps and more by simply tapping one phone to another. Also with 4.0 is the new face recognition unlocking which uses the phones camera to identify the owners face and unlock the phone.

There is still more information coming out, So get ready for some more Android ICS!!
